Tóm tắt

Bài viết này tổng kết những thành tựu và hạn chế của quá trình tái cơ cấu doanh nghiệp của một số quốc gia trên thế giới. Bài viết sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính với phương pháp phân tích, tổng hợp và đánh giá. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra sự thành công và hạn chế trong tái cơ cấu doanh nghiệp nhà nước của một số nước trên thế giới. Từ đó, bài viết rút ra bài học kinh nghiệm cho Việt Nam trong quá trình tái cơ cấu doanh nghiệp nhà nước.

Abstract

This article summarizes the achievements and limitations of the corporate restructuring process of several countries around the world. The article employs qualitative research methods including analysis, synthesis and evaluation. Research results gives insights on the practice of restructuring state-owned enterprises in investigated countries in terms of its successes and limitations.
