Tóm tắt

Trong bối cảnh hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế và cạnh tranh đang diễn ra gay gắt như hiện nay, tái cấu trúc và năng suất lao động (NSLĐ) doanh nghiệp là những yếu tố quan trọng giúp doanh nghiệp hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh (SXKD) hiệu quả và đạt được lợi thế cạnh tranh trên thị trường. Với bộ dữ liệu bảng gồm 7.640 doanh nghiệp dệt may Việt Nam trong giai đoạn 2009 - 2018, kết quả nghiên cứu thực nghiệm cho thấy tái cấu trúc có tác động tích cực đến NSLĐ doanh nghiệp, góp phần tạo cơ sở lý luận đề xuất những giải pháp tái cấu trúc tương ứng nhằm nâng cao NSLĐ doanh nghiệp dệt may Việt Nam.

Abstract

In the context of international economic integration and fierce competition today, corporate restructuring and productivity are important factors that help enterprises operate effectively and create competitive advantages in the market. The study uses a data set of 7,640 Vietnamese textile and garment enterprises during 2009 - 2018 period, the empirical results show that corporate restructuring has a positive impact on corporate productivity, contributing
to the literature by proposing the corresponding restructuring solutions to improve corporate productivity in the Vietnamese textile and garment industry.
